REGULATIONS

Here we present a collection of links about regulations that might be useful to you. Just click the link and you will be directed to the particular document or website.

Rules and regulations are things we have to live by and sometimes put up with. The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) produces the bulk of aviation regulations. This is one of the target organizations that really needs to here our voice.

First of all, let us see which National Aviation Authorities are linked to EASA!

Basic Regulation: common rules on aviation by EU Parliament and Council. Page 32 introduces the Annex II exemptions.

Rules on airworthiness and certification: to ensure uniform application of the Basic Regulation. (these regulations are not applicable to Annex II aircraft)

Regulation structure: so you can impress your friends with your knowledge at parties or other events.
